'PineValleyReach sprang from a fervent dream: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossis in 1985, our humble family-owned pizzeria began sharing cherished family recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the progenitor, mastered the pizza craft during her time in Italy, mentored by seasoned Neapolitan pizza creators. Back in the UK, her ambition was to replicate the enchantment of quintessential Italian pizza, employing age-old methods and unsurpassed ingredients.
Our once tiny, 12-seat pizza shop has expanded into a community staple, yet our dedication to superior quality and genuineness remains untouched. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and purvey the finest ingredients accessible.
Still family-led, with the Rossis' next generation at the helm, 'PineValleyReach is driven by a devoted crew. Embracing select modern advancements, we maintain our essence: crafting delectable, authentic pizza that unites diners.
